IK Vector Control Compression Sprayers 10, 8 & 7.5

The IK Vector Control range of compression sprayers offers professional spraying equipment for Indoor Residual Spraying (IRS) and larviciding. They are used as a key tool as part of the global fight against diseases including: Malaria, Dengue, Zika, Chagas, Chikungunya, Leishmaniasis, Yellow Fever and Lymphatic Filariasis.

The range were the first non-metallic compression sprayer certified to the latest World Health Organisation Pesticide Evaluation Scheme (WHOPES) requirements for vector control equipment. The range was designed with a focus on IRS and larviciding and so is equipped with many innovative and unique technical features which offer a range of benefits:

Efficient:
Constant liquid volume and insecticide dosage during the whole application. Equipped with a Control Flow Valve (CFV) to maintain a constant pressure of 1.5 bar/ 22 psi.

Light and Comfortable:
The sprayer is lightweight, weighing approximately 3 kg when empty.

Environmental and Health:
Operator exposure to insecticides is reduced as consistently large droplets are produced with the use of the CFV. The high quality design of the unit also means that sprayer leakage is not an issue. An incorporated pressure relief valve is also included as a safety feature.

Easy to Use and Maintain:
The sprayer is very simple and easy to use, clean and maintain. A service kit is available alongside easy availability of all parts.
