100 L Sprayer Tank System
Micron’s 100 L sprayer tank system is compatible with the complete range of Micron’s shielded Controlled Droplet Application (CDA) and high flow spray equipment for vehicle mounted applications. Intelligent attachment positioning allows set up of machinery to suit individual operations. Versatile system design makes front or rear mounting is possible.
The modular design of the tank system does not require the use of a PTO or hydraulics. A single 12 volt (3 amp) electrical supply is all that is required for operation of the pump on the system, minimising the risk of any risk of injury to the operator.
When used with CDA low volume machinery, the 100 litre Tank System can further increase productivity by reducing filling time. This means more time can be spent spraying.
The Tank System also includes two separate 15 litre clean fresh water tanks. One tank provides the means for rinsing the system and the other is provided for operator hand washing. Flushing the system out after spraying is as simple as turning a tap, with ample supply to thoroughly rinse the main tank and any connected liquid lines of chemicals.
The pumping system contains all of the features that would be expected of any professional sprayer. All fluids are filtered and an agitation system ensures complete chemical mixing before spraying.
