Microfit Pro
The Microfit Pro System is a lightweight hand held Controlled Droplet Application (CDA) sprayer for the application of herbicides. The CDA technology employed by the sprayer provides an even distribution of the spray liquid and reduces drift.
The unit consists of a Microfit Pro handle and a Herbiflex spray lance which allows application of narrow bands of herbicide. An electronic disc braking system gives immediate shut off of spray liquid and allows the sprayer to be used for spot treatments.
The Herbiflex lance is available in a choice of two spray heads. The A90 head produces an adjustable 10-50cm band width whereas the B120 head is capable is spraying between 15 and 75cm. An optional spray shield is available with the A90 model for spraying in sensitive crops.
The Microfit Pro System can be used either with pre-packed ready to use herbicide formulations which reduce operator contamination to a minimum, or with chemicals mixed on site thus giving the system versatility in the products which can be applied. Five and ten litre backpacks for on-site mixing are available as optional extras.
Microfit Pro features a dual control switch allowing users to control liquid flow and electrical power with one hand.
